By using the service, you agree that you will not

attempt to

undermine the integrity of this web site, the good

name of our company or the integrity of the

professionals working for The Expat Salon.

These terms and conditions apply to the use of this

website and by accessing this website and/or making a

booking or purchase you agree to be bound by the

terms and conditions set out below. If you do not

agree to be bound by these terms and conditions you

may not use or access this website or book any

services with The Expat Salon.

When you make an appointment with us, you agree

you have read, you understand, and you accept our

terms of service.

 

Services

Our services are exclusevely for ladies with a minimun age of 18 years old. We do not offer services for children under 18 years old nor for gentlemen. not in our studio nor at your own place.

Cancellation Policy

We have a 24 hours advance cancellation policy.

Cancellations done outside our 24 hours advance terms will be charge disregard the personal, familiar, working, or inccidental reason you may have for a late cancellation.

Deposit Fee

In case of a late cancellation, we will always charge the deposit fee, disregard the personal, familiar, working, or accidental reason you may have for a late cancellation.

Bookings for Our Studio

 

Cancellation Policy  in our Studio

Bookings for services in our studio require a 15 mimimun fee as a deposit which is not refundable in case of no show or a late cancellation, cancellations must be done with a at least 24 hours advance

Cancellations or a reschedule for services in our studio must be done with at least 24 hours advance or the minimum deposit fee will be charged Our working ours are from Monday to Saturday from 10am to 18:00pm. For regular customers we extend our working hours till 20:00pm including the weekend.  
 

Bookings for Mobile Services

Bookings for mobile services require a full previous online payment. The payment is not refundable in case of a late cancellation, cancellations or reschedule of an appointment must be done with at least 24 hours advance

Cancellations or a reschedule of a Mobile service must be done with a miminum of 24 hours advance or the full rate will charged
